Paul Larson, President and Chief Executive Officer Paul joined Alebra as a director in 2006, and subsequently accepted a position as President and CEO. He has worked predominantly with companies providing solutions to Fortune 2000 accounts across a variety of industries. The introduction of advanced technology in the early stages of market adoption, and helping businesses establish and grow around a new vision, are his passion. In U.S. and European sales management roles, Paul executed on a consulting companies vision of transitioning from consulting revenue to product revenue, resulting in an IPO. As President and CEO of a software company, he consolidated the technology and redirected products toward the financial markets, also resulting in an IPO. The subsequent sale to a larger vendor marked the conclusion of this endeavor, where the original product line continues to thrive and serve new and existing customers. Paul has held sales, sales management, marketing and general management positions with Scientific Atlanta, Integrated Systems Inc. (now Wind River) and Talarian (now TIBCO). Paul has a BSEE from the University of Minnesota.
 Tom Lehn, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Tom has financial, accounting and human resource responsibility at Alebra. He has developed and implemented comprehensive financial systems and controls in past assignments. Tom has also had substantial customer interaction in the areas of field service and specific account support. In two previous roles Tom headed the Finance/IT/Customer Service function, he directed the implementation of completely new hardware and software systems that managed all financial, sales and customer service functions. He also partnered with the internal sales/marketing team and individual customers, where he strengthened external business relationships by streamlining all customer interactions with the division, including pricing, contracting, order fulfillment and ongoing service and support. Tom joined Alebra in 2003 after a career at Medtronic where he held numerous positions supporting accounting, finance, IT, HRD, customer support and field operations in both the US and Europe. Tom holds a BS and MBA from the University of Minnesota.
 Bill Yeager, Senior Vice President Bill oversees the total lifecycle of all PDM product line activities. His skills and experience include establishing product requirements, managing development teams and delivering test and support capabilities for IBM mainframe system-level application and network based file transfer solutions. The original PDM product was conceived and designed by Bill. He also designed and developed major components of IBM mainframe operating systems such as the VS1 and VS2 Operating Systems. Bill led and managed a team from conception through implementation for z/OS SMP maintenance products. While at IBM he further established requirements for and managed the field installation of new financial industry products. Bill played key roles at McData and CNT in establishing early market acceptance, engaging early adapters and establishing requirements for continuous improvement of network based solutions. Bill's deep experience with IBM operating systems and high-performance network solutions are a unique combination. His passion for efficiency and speed becomes the baseline for success in Alebra's current and future products. Bill holds a BSEE from Lehigh University.
 Tom DiPuma, Senior Vice President, Sales Tom is responsible for Alebra’s field sales organization and for creating alliances with industry leaders.
Prior to joining Alebra, Tom was Senior Sales Executive, District Manager, Sales Vice President and Managing Director with Amdahl, EMC and StorageTEK. His expertise is in creating and leading teams that open markets for innovative IT solutions in Fortune 100 enterprises. Tom’s customers benefit from unprecedented performance, functionality and ROI.
His experience with z/OS and OPEN solutions includes relationships with Alliance Partners and a wide range of enterprise IT customers. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Convergent Media Systems, Tom opened vertical markets and attracted new Fortune 50 customers. As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Seagate/XIOtech, he played a key “turn around” role in the restructure of XIOtech’s business model leading to the company’s sale to new investors.
Tom holds a B.S. of Marketing/Psychology and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.
Harold Stevenson, Vice President Engineering Harold has engineering and support responsibility for both the FICON-to-Fibre channel translator and Systems Network Architecture (SNA) product lines. His background includes engineering design, development, product management and customer support for software companies leveraging open-system operating system internals, device driver architectures, communications and networking protocols, as well as real-time and mission critical systems design environments. The architectural lead for z/OpenGate is chaired by Harold, who has also authored related patents. He is a recognized authority on SNA, having led the development of the Express and Brixton SNA networking products and directed the first commercial non-IBM implementation of SNA APPN End Node. Harold has held prior engineering and field management positions with Nynex, Apertus Technologies, and CNT, and has an MS in Computer Science from the State University of New York.
